Moving Ahead....Mostly

Spent some time looking for the electrical and sewer main lines........unsuccessfully so far but I spoke with the former owner and have some clarity :-)  Nice hole though, good job Scott!
Commercial projects require electrical in conduits, but not residential?  But we spent 1 1/2 days pulling out the old electrical and conduit.   Fun Fun :-)
 New electrical rough-in under way!
Recycling windows for the new garage, plus the side door. Garage is extra wide, about 28' thus the 2 1/2 bays.

Remodeling the Shop & Carport

Permits took awhile but we are finally off the ground and running.  Starting with the work out back.  The shop will become a 1000 sf M.I.L. apartment whilst the carport gets enclosed and becomes a 2 1/2 car garage.

Side of the Garage/Apt.   Ramp is where the entry will be.

Double Garage door on the front with a side bay ocer 8 ft wide.  Think shop/storage
Standing in the entry.  Dining is to the left & ahead is the Kitchen with counter bar 1/2 wall.  1 bedroom is straight back

Looking to the right is the Living room.  Opening gets filled in and we are reusing the windows on the ground in the new garage.
